Proxy Voting Certificates
A person appointed as proxy must apply for their proxy vote certificate in the Clerk's Office on weekdays between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on Advance Polling days from 12 noon to 5:00 p.m.

Ward 8	Milliken Mills Community Centre, 7600 Kennedy Road

Internet Voting
Voting Instruction kits will be mailed to all voters on the list in early October and will explain how and when Internet voting will be available.

Polls are open between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

Official Results
At 12 noon, the Clerk will publicly declare the candidates having the highest number of votes for each office to be elected. The final results will be available on the website.
